Rosie is a loving and playful 8 month old puppy. She was born April 18, 2025. I got Rosie in June from my sister, my sister got her from a friend who sadly breeds her dog and Rosie was the last litter she had. Since June, I took over Rosie, took her to the vet to get all her shots. I also put her in puppy training classes for 6 weeks to learn basic commands. She has gone to the groomers 4 times already. She is full of energy and has a lot of love to give. Recently, I took her to the vet because she was limping and I learned that she has luxating patella that requires surgery. I do not have the money to get her the surgery done. I would have to either get a loan or save money for a year or more to make sure she gets surgery. I also work 2 jobs and the recovery period is 6-8 weeks. I don't think I can be present for that recovery period. I love Rosie but I want her to be healthy and not in pain. I want her to be able to have an owner who can do this for her. I know I can't, sadly.
