Hershey is officially in foster care and safe. She is about 40 pounds, medium energy, and an absolute sweetheart. The shelter listed her as 5 years old, but we truly believe she is closer to 2 to 3.
She is definitely a Labrador Retriever, possibly a Shepherd mix. When she plays, that Shepherd energy comes out, and she loves being outside. You can already see her personality blooming now that she feels safe.
So grateful for her foster and for everyone who shared, advocated, and helped make this happen. This is how lives change.
