🎉 Meet the New Year’s Party Puppies! 🎉

These festive little cuties are ready to ring in the new year with their forever families! Their mama was a dachshund and dad was a Shih Tzu, and they mostly favor the dachshund side with their short legs and long bodies. One girl has more Shih Tzu-type hair, and some have slightly shorter snouts—but they’re all absolutely adorable.

The puppies are about 3 months old and currently weigh 4.5–6.5 pounds. Based on their parents’ size, we expect them to be around 15 pounds full grown. They’re playful, sweet, and full of puppy personality—perfect companions to start the new year with love and laughter.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
