Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Saffron`s Mama came to the shelter very pregnant and gave birth to the kittens the very next day! Saffron, his Mama, and his two siblings came into foster care the day after that, so they`ve been with us pretty much their whole life. He has one squinty eye that makes him look a little like a pirate - it`s all part of his charm. Summary of Personality: Saffron is the helping-est helper that ever helped. Whether you are changing the sheets, preparing wet food, scooping litter, sweeping, you name it, Saffron wants to be right there playing with you and making sure that you`re having as much fun as possible while you do basic tasks. He is extremely affectionate and very smart.
Saffron is bonded with his brother Ginger, so ideally we would love to find a home that wanted them both. Remember, two kittens are easier than one! They do better with a buddy, keep each other company while you`re away, and get to play rough and tucker each other out so you can benefit from the sweet snuggles afterwards. Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc): Saffron and his family have had lots of socialization with humans, both adults and children. They have seen our dogs but have not been formally introduced - I imagine that they would be totally fine making friends with different species if you`ve got dogs, birds, lizards, etc. Include any observations: Saffron is very good about using the litter box, and is even considerate enough to bury his brother`s business when Ginger forgets to! Is your foster litter box trained?: Yes
