Hi! My name is Bella, calico cat extraordinaire! I’m a senior chimera—you may notice that half of my face is tortie, the other half calico. According to Google, this makes me a rare feline with two sets of DNA from two fused embyros. Really, it doesn’t get much more special than that! I’m a very sweet and affectionate kitty who likes playing and being a lap cat in equal measure. I genuinely like people. My hobbies include peering out windows, exploring, cuddling up with you, and nibbling on canned food twice per day (soooo yummy) along with kibble. I also enjoy being gently brushed because I like to look my best in case any Hollywood movie producers come to town in search of talent and all-round good looks. My foster parent has noted that I like to run from room to room when in the mood. I think these are called zoomies?? And based on my past experience, I should probably be your only cat. I deserve all your attention. I am, after all, a special cat! While I’m enjoying my stay in a foster home, I would dearly love a permanent, loving home I can call my own and where I can fully relax. • Cats and small animals: We do not have the ability to do pet meets with cats or small animals prior to adoption. However, we can counsel you on safely introducing a new pet into the home, and will always take our animals back if an adoption does not work out.
• We require that animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If an animal is not yet fixed, you may place a hold on it until it is ready to be adopted.
