Meet Morocco, a big-hearted gent who needs a hero!
Morocco is a stately guy who’s endured more than a cat ever should. Found outside with a severe limp, X-rays revealed that he’d suffered fractures to his pelvis—likely from being hit by a car. Now safely at OAS, he's recovering with rest, pain management, and lots of kindness while staying on one level of his cat condo.
Despite everything, Morocco shines. He steps out to greet visitors, leans in for chin scritches, rolls over for pets, and offers earnest head bonks. He can sometimes gets a little amped up (especially during treat time!) and may get a bit mouthy, so he'll do best with an experienced adopter or a cat-savvy family with older teens.
Morocco will need a vet check soon after adoption, and follow-up X-rays in the coming weeks. While many cats heal fully with rest, there is a chance he could need future care—possibly even surgery—so his adopter should be prepared to support him medically if needed.
