She enjoys romping around during playtime, then happily settling in for cuddles and cozy naps-especially when she's close to her siblings. Bear was raised in a nurturing foster home, where she learned how to be a confident, well-socialized puppy. She is already spayed and microchipped, and her adoption includes 6 weeks of complimentary training classes to help her continue to grow and thrive.

We are the first organization in the country to meet the guidelines put forth by the Association of Shelter Veterinarians for standards of care for shelter animals: We are the first model shelter.
We are also the first animal community center in the nation to receive Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
