Spoil me, love me, and call me Drake! This lil’ cutie is a 7 yr old Malshi (Maltese/Shizu) and weighs 12 lbs. He was brought in to the shelter because his owner of 7 years couldn’t take him to their new home. Poor guy was scared and lost at first but after a few weeks he became more comfortable in his foster home and is a sweet and loyal companion. He loves other dogs,doesn’t mind cats, is housebroken, and very adaptable to any family lifestyle. He would do well in a home with a fenced yard because he’s curious and likes exploring outside and will wander following his nose. He would be great with a family(older kids), a couple, or a single person that wouldn’t mind having a four- legged shadow! He’s great on walks with a leash and likes to stick his head out the window on car rides! If you’re looking for a non-shedding dog with a cute face and funny personality, Drake is taking applications and looking to find his forever home!

n order to be considered for an adoption you must:
1) be at least 18 years of age;
2) have the knowledge and consent of all humans living in your household;
3) have a valid ID with current address;
4) be willing to have your home inspected;
5) agree that your new pet will be a family member and kept as an indoor pet.
6) Once you’ve applied we will keep your application on file for up to a year and you can ask to have your application moved to a new adoptable pet if the one you apply for is not a match.
7) THE APPLICANT ON THIS FORM WILL BE THE LEGAL ADOPTER.

Our motto is to support fosters to save lives. Our goal is the idea of we can, we will, we must in order to successfully survive as an organization. We rely 100% on donations, grants, and adoption fees to help offset our costs.
