Hi! My name is Luna and I am looking for a forever home. I was picked up by Animal Control and taken to a scary place called a shelter where, after my hold time was up and no one came for me, I was placed on something bad called "the list". Fortunately for me, a small local rescue took me in, got me all healthy, and then contacted BCAA to see if they could help me find a forever home and they said yes! I am a black lab mix (no one knows for sure what with) and am about a year old. I am right at 37llbs and it is guessed that I will be between 40-50lbs once I'm full grown. I love getting attention from anyone willing to give me some and also running around and playing. I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I have met and haven't shown any aggression towards the cats I have encountered. I've done really well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of any bedding, but I would really prefer to be out and about with you. I love my food and take treats gently which will help with any future training. I have done good on leash and know with some practice I will get even better.
