Clam is a sweet, gentle bunny who came to us from a rural shelter and is now looking for a calm, loving home of his own. He is a little shy when first settling in, but once he warms up, his soft and silly personality shines through.

Clam is incredibly soft and comfortable being handled. He enjoys quiet snuggle time and prefers to come to you on his own terms, which makes bonding with him especially rewarding. He is curious about his surroundings and loves exploring at a gentle pace.

He lives comfortably in a hutch and is doing well with litter box training. He has a litter box and uses it reliably most of the time, with continued improvement expected as he settles into a consistent routine. Clam absolutely loves munching on fresh greens and happily makes that his favorite part of the day.

Clam is quiet, sweet, and does well spending time alone, making him a great fit for a home that appreciates a relaxed companion. He has done well with children and would thrive in a patient, respectful household that understands rabbits need time and space to feel secure.

We are happy to consider applicants from out of state on most animals. Please read the description to see if this  bird is an exception. If the applicant is approved to adopt, they MUST be willing to come to our location in Troy, VA, for a meet and greet. If all parties agree that the bird and family are a good fit, they would take the bird home at that time.
