Cece is a spunky little ball joy! She is absolutely adorable with her curly haired ears and fluffy coat, and she knows it! She’s always looking for shenanigans whether it’s trying to escape her pen or splashing in her water bowl. She brings constant spunk and laughts. But then when she tuckers herself out, she’ll plop like a potato just about anywhere and snooze for hours. This feisty little girl will bring so much joy to her forever home!
