On a farm Im used to timid cats, but Teddy introduced himself. Around the first snowfall he made a very insistent and loud plea for shelter that was hard to ignore. During visits to his quarantined basement we have further confirmed that this is not a boy suited for the rugged outdoor life! He is food driven, but will disregard it completely for attention. He is very sweet and affectionate, which pairs well with his fluffy and soft exterior. He can be a bit awkward and slow to come around to the social cues of those around him, but with no aggression. As of now he cautiously tolerates dogs but loves every human who comes in contact with him (bonus points if you have treats). Most surprisingly, he has not caused any ruckus despite the long stretches of boredom, and has even let us groom him + clip his nails! The young chap is even litter box trained. Id keep him but we have a full house!
(trying to catch up on shots and neuter, + will also update w eventual meeting of other cats)
