✨ Meet Astro! ✨
Astro is a 1-year-old male Schnauzer mix with a big personality packed into a small body! This playful, high-energy boy is full of life, love, and the kind of silly antics that make everyone smile.
Astro loves to run, play, and show off his acrobatics, but don’t let his energetic side fool you—he’s also a total cuddlebug who’s perfectly happy curling up on the couch for snuggles and kisses 💋. People instantly fall for his young spirit and snuggly nature, and it’s easy to see why!
He’s housebroken, crate trained, and already knows his basic manners, including “sit” and “come.” Astro is very social and does great with other dogs of all sizes, and he currently lives successfully with small dogs, medium/large dogs, and a cat (though he’d love to play!). He’s also comfortable with men and women, making him a wonderful fit for many homes.
Astro’s foster says the hardest part of saying goodbye will be missing his cuddles and kisses—he truly bonds with his people and gives love freely.

The adoption fee for Astro is $400. This donation helps to cover veterinary expenses including spay/neuter, microchip and vaccinations. • Primary adopter must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a government issued ID
• All household members need to be in agreement with the adoption
• Have the time and resources required to properly care for your new pet
• Fill out application and complete an interview with an Adoption Counselor
• Make WISH personnel aware that the animal will be a gift
• If required for the specific animal, allow a home for introduction to the home, all family members, and any furry friends living in your residence
• Disclose to WISH if other animals in household are not spayed or neutered
• Live within an hour drive of our foster homes

• Puppies under 1 year $400
• Dogs over 1 year old $300
• Senior dogs $100
• Special needs--Variable
Fees:
• Kittens under 8 months of age $150 each or $250 for pair
• Cats over 8 months $100
• Cats 8 years and up $50
• Special needs--Variable
We have legally approved contracts for both dogs and cats.
