"Hi, my name is August and I am part of the 7 Months of Christmas litter! I turned 8 weeks old on December 14th. I am the smallest of my litter, but that doesn’t slow me down! I am an outgoing little dude that loves people and rolling around with my siblings. I can defintely hold my own, even with my 130lb mastiff foster brother. Even at my little size, I already use a dog door and follow my mama outside to do my business. Yes, you heard that right. I already use a dog door and have been working very hard on my crate training and house breaking. If you let me out frequent enough, I do not mess in my pen!
I love exploring and playing with my siblings, my mama September, and the other dogs that live in my foster home. I have spent my developing weeks being socialized with kiddos and adults in my foster family. I just love everyone!
My mama is just 45lbs, so I will probably be around 40lbs. And as for my breed? Well, my mama is a red headed shepherd/pittie mix…maybe? But I look nothing like her except she has medium length hair and I do too!!! It is all a guessing game really though. My foster mom says we are perfect Heinz 57 dogs!
I am looking for the perfect home for Christmas. Will that be yours?"
August is being fostered in Castle Rock, Colorado.
