‘Blu’ is 24 months old and we purchased him from Lab breeder in Honolulu. He is a purebred, Dudley, yellow lab, which means he was born with blue eyes, then turned green, and now hazdel/carmel. He has pink nose and under carriage.
He is very active, loves daily walks and is infatuated with balls of all shapes and sizes, and will play fetch until you are exhausted. He loves the water and has spent lots of time fetching sticks at Sugar Beach. He also loves hiking and has summited Waihehei Ridge Trail often.
Six months after we brought him home, we also purchased his brother from the same parent’s next liter. He and his younger brother have been inseparable and are like magnets to each other until recently when “littermate syndrome” occurred. This sibling rivalry has come out of no where just in last 3-4 weeks and now he is aggressive towards his brother. However, he is not aggressive towards other dogs.
It breaks our heart to rehome him but we need to do so to keep peace in our home.
