Meet Ashley, a 4-year-old Great Pyrenees who is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She arrived at the shelter very matted and clearly neglected, but even after all she has been through, she remains calm, sweet, and incredibly gentle. Now weighing 61 pounds and slowly learning what love feels like, Ashley is ready for a new beginning filled with kindness and comfort.
Ashley is good with big and small dogs and previously lived with a little dog. She came from a hoarding situation, yet she still greets the world with a friendly and trusting heart. She is low energy, easygoing, and happiest when she is lounging in the sunshine or quietly watching the world around her. She is gentle with treats, well mannered, and a simple girl who appreciates simple joys.
She does need regular grooming and brushing to keep her fluffy coat in top shape, but with a little pampering, she will absolutely shine. Ashley is also learning leash confidence and will blossom with someone patient and loving by her side.
This beautiful girl is ready to go from rags to riches. She deserves to be cherished, cared for, and treated like the princess she always should have been. Ashley is ready for a life filled with love, soft beds, gentle hands, and the safety she has never truly known.
She is ready for her forever family.
