My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Update:12/20/25....We have 1 little girl still available for adoption. She is very similar to a "fluffy corgi". Which means her coat is longer and fuzzy. She is very snuggly and absolutely loves her humans. She will do best with someone who can spend lots of time with her as she seems to want to be with her humans more so than fur siblings. We did have to separate her from her sisters as they picked on her all the time. We are not sure if this is because she is smaller than them or because she is fuzzy and they liked to pull on her coat. Either way, they were not nice to her. She does have and umbilical hernia that will need fixed at 6 month of age when she is spayed. She is very short and compact and currently weighs just over 11 pounds......
These 4 little girls are some of the cutest little ones ever!!! They are spunky and playful. They are a mix of corgis and Sheltie. They have a birth date of 9/7/25. They have short corgi legs and a couple of them have a fluffy coat. They are current on their vaccinations, deworming, heartworm and flea prevention. They do faithfully already use their doggy door out the adoption center to go potty. If you are interested in adopting please text or email us to request an application. Their current weight is around 11 pounds. The adoption fee is 425.00 each.

Additional adoption info

We do require an application/contract to be filled out and approved prior to scheduling to meet our rescues. All dogs/puppies will be spayed/neutered before adoption. If they are under 6 months of age they will go home on a spay/neuter contract that states they will have to be altered no later then 6 months of age. All adoption fees go towards the care of our homeless animals. The next heartworm positive dog that comes in, those strays that are dumped out and hit by a passing car, sick puppies, spays for those poor mommy dogs who have had a litter of pups every heat season, and any of those special needs babies who may need medications for the rest of their lives. All adoption fees do vary.

Go meet their pets

All of our adoptions are by scheduled appointment only. We do not have open adoption hours. You must have an approved application prior to scheduling an appointment. We are located in Denver Indiana 46926. We. Do require all potential adopters to come to us to adopt. We do not meet with our rescues as we like the adopter to meet the rescues in an environment they are use to being in so they feel safe.

More about this rescue

We are a home based rescue with a heated and air conditioned adoption center that the rescues are very well cared for in. They all have large inside spaces where they are very comfortable, with doggy doors leading to their play yards outside. We do not crate or cage any of our rescues. They are on free feed and water and in the warm months everyone has a pool in their play yard to enjoy if they like. We work with several rescues to help transport, find fosters, or help make room by moving dogs to other no kill rescues/shelters. We would like to send a special THANK YOU out to all the wonderful rescues we have been working with in the past 16 years. You are all wonderful people and do a GREAT JOB. We all know how much time and hard work it takes to rescue an animal, let alone many homeless babies. Good luck to you all in rescue. We would also like to thank anyone and everyone who has adopted a pet, wether it was one of Forever Paws pups or any other rescue. All of these homeless animals need a forever home and its wonderful there are people who adopt.
