Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Floki
Floki is our handsome bo bansome three year old cattle mix! He came to HAP when his previous owners could no longer care for him and he's quickly settled himself in. Despite his larger size, Floki is a gentle giant and loves to cuddle! He'll push his weight all the way into you to get as close as possible to soak up all the cuddles. Floki gets very excited for his walkies so does pull a little bit in the beginning but this boy loves his treats and his leash manners are already a huge improvement! Did I mention treats? Floki would be very upset if I forgot to mention his favorite thing besides cuddles! Due to his love of food, he is on a bit of a diet but we love this chunky man! Floki prefers to soak up all the attention for himself so would do best as the only dog in the home or possibly with a dog that would respect his boundaries and give him space. So if you're looking for a fantastic cuddle bug to shower you with love, Floki is the dog for you!
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process
is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this
specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you
to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the
meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption
fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal
testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.
