Meet Moose!
Moose is a beautiful gray kitten with a playful spirit and a heart full of affection. She absolutely adores her toys, especially anything that rolls! Soft balls, ping-pong balls, spiral toys... if it can roll, Moose is all in. She loves batting them across the floor, chasing after them, and even carrying her favorite toy proudly in her mouth.
When playtime winds down, Moose happily seeks out her person, climbing into their lap for some cozy cuddle time. She will curl up for a peaceful nap.
The moment you start petting her, her purr motor kicks right on. She clearly loves the attention and affection.

We are the first organization in the country to meet the guidelines put forth by the Association of Shelter Veterinarians for standards of care for shelter animals: We are the first model shelter.
We are also the first animal community center in the nation to receive Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
