Spencer was abandoned my his former owner, and he has been (understandably) a bit upset about it. But we know he's sweet as pie under the scared, unsure exterior, and we implore you to give this boy the second chance he deserves. He has been a little hissy around other cats, and since we're unsure if it's stress-related or his personal preference, he might do best as only cat. Since he was abandoned, we're unsure how he'd do with kids or dogs. If you're interested in meeting this boy, please stop by the shelter with all human family members. Thank you!
