My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Since bringing our newborn home, we’ve had to face the painful realization that our dog, Bodhi, isn’t adjusting well to the changes in our home. For the safety of our family and for Bodhi’s happiness, we’ve made the heartbreaking decision to rehome him.
Bodhi is a 5-year-old Lab/Pit mix who is the most lovable, cuddly dog you could ever meet. He adores being outside chewing on his toys, soaking up the sun, and getting endless pets. He’s crate trained, loyal, and just wants to be near his people.
Bodhi would do best as the only pet in a home, or possibly with larger dogs he’s comfortable around. He does have some issues with smaller dogs and cats, so a calmer environment without small animals or children would be ideal. What he really needs is someone who can give him the love, attention, and stability he deserves.
This decision has been incredibly difficult for us—especially as I’m freshly postpartum—but we know this is what’s best for both Bodhi and our family.
