My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Darn Tootin'!!

Darn Tootin' is a 3 month old female. She is microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations.

**Darn Tootin' is eligible for our Post-Adopt Spay Program included in her adoption fee at no additional cost**

Aptly named because—well—she’s darn cute! This little tortie queen brings all the classic tortie sass and spunk you could ever hope for. She may start off a bit reserved, but once she settles in, her playful, quirky personality shines through. Even then, she’ll tell you herself: feline friends are her true love. She’s perfectly content letting her foster mama admire her from afar as long as she’s got a kitty companion by her side.

Darn Tootin’ is a playtime pro—wand toys, laser pointers, and anything she can chase are her absolute favorites. When she’s not busy showing off her moves, you'll find her curled up in the warmest spot she can find (especially in this chilly weather!).

She’s currently living with some high-energy dogs in her foster home and isn’t afraid to tell them when they need to back off. With cat-savvy dogs, she should do well—just as long as they respect her tortie boundaries.

Because she thrives with other cats and feels safest with familiar furry company, Darn Tootin’ must go to a home with another kitty. And due to her tendency to startle, she’d do best with kids 5+ who can respect her space.
