My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🎶🐾 Meet Carol of the Bells — A Little Songbird With Big Personality 🐾🎶

Every great kitten trio needs a leader — and Carol of the Bells is happy to take the role. This sweet young girl is a brave explorer who knows exactly what she wants and isn’t shy about letting her brothers know who’s in charge.

Carol loves to be where the people are. Whether you’re walking from room to room or settling in for a quiet moment, she’s right there, offering commentary by happily singing the song of her people. Her voice, paired with her charm, makes it impossible not to smile.

Confident and curious, Carol enjoys exploring her surroundings and takes everything in stride. She plays well with her brothers, gets along beautifully with other cats, and is just as comfortable around dogs. She’s social, outgoing, and full of character — the perfect mix of spunk and sweetness.

If you’re looking for a kitten who brings personality, companionship, and a little music into your home, Carol of the Bells is ready to ring in a lifetime of love with you. 🎵💕

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
