Meet Milan!

Milan is a 7-week-old bundle of joy weighing in at 7 pounds and already showing off his big personality. His mom is a 20-pound Dachshund mix, and while dad is unknown, we suspect there may be some Corgi mixed in—especially with his adorable looks and playful charm.

Milan is a social, happy puppy who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him a great fit for a variety of homes. He’s already excelling at house training and even knows the command sit, proving he’s both smart and eager to learn.

This little guy is very treat-motivated, so continued training should be fun and rewarding. When he’s not working on his puppy skills, Milan loves playing tug-of-war and chasing a ball—classic puppy fun!

Adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, health certificate and transportation.

All information regarding our dogs and transportation will be discussed prior to adoption.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
