Sweet, cuddly, and affectionate, Phoenix truly enjoys being close to his people and his pup pals. Phoenix grew up in a loving foster home, giving him a great start before being ready for adoption. He is already neutered and microchipped, and his adoption includes 6 weeks of complimentary training classes to help you build confidence and communication together.
