My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was named by Jason Pinnock on the 49ers!

Meet Phoenix, a smart little guy with a gentle nature and a playful spirit. He's the kind of puppy who can happily switch from a fun play session to curling up for snuggles in a cozy nap spot-especially if his brothers are nearby. Sweet, cuddly, and affectionate, Phoenix truly enjoys being close to his people and his pup pals. Phoenix grew up in a loving foster home, giving him a great start before being ready for adoption. He is already neutered and microchipped, and his adoption includes 6 weeks of complimentary training classes to help you build confidence and communication together.

Bringing home a new puppy is a wonderful beginning-filled with bonding moments, shared routines, and the joy of watching your connection grow each day. Phoenix is ready to be your loyal companion, your snuggle buddy, and your newest family member.

Established in 1929, Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) offers quality adoptions, affordable spaying/neutering, vaccinations and microchipping services, pet care services and education programs to enhance the human-animal bond. HSSV operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are also the first animal community center in the nation to receive Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Our mission is to save lives, keep families together, and create a better future for pets and their people.

Our vision is a world where all animals can thrive, all people experience the magic of the human-animal bond, and all families are able to care for their pets.
