Why I need a new home

Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Stan! He’s a four-year-old German Shepherd looking for a new forever home. I very recently adopted him but found out someone in my home is allergic, so I’m sadly needing to rehome him. Stan is incredibly sweet, loyal, and playful. He loves running and playing fetch and enjoys being close to his person. He’s timid at first but once he warms up, he’ll follow you everywhere and even lay by the shower while you get ready. He’s very smart, well-mannered, and hasn’t tried getting on furniture (except I let him sleep in my bed a few nights)

Stan does shed, but regular brushing makes it manageable. He’s good with other dogs that aren’t too pushy, and he’s been fine with cats that keep to themselves. He hasn’t been around kids yet, but I believe he’d adjust with time. He’s about 110 lbs and currently slimming down.

He needs someone with dog experience and a fenced yard to run and burn energy. He truly is the best boy and deserves a loving, active home.
