Meet Zara Larsson – A Sweet, Affectionate Companion
Zara Larsson is a 1-year-old spayed female with a loving, people-oriented personality. She is a happy cat who purrs almost constantly and enjoys being close to her person—whether that’s rubbing against your legs in the kitchen or curling up on your lap for a cozy night in. She’s also quite chatty, greeting you with soft meows, trills, and chirps.
Zara is currently living in a quiet, pet-free home, which has allowed her time to recover from surgery and decompress. Because of this, her interactions with children and other animals are currently unknown, a slow introduction to resident pets is advised.
She enjoys playing with puff balls and jingle balls and has claimed the foot of the bed as her favourite sleeping spot. Zara has a bit of a diva side when it comes to food—Fancy Feast is her wet food of choice. She reliably uses her litter box, though an enclosed or high-sided box is recommended due to enthusiastic burying. As a bonus, Zara is a certified mouser.
Zara Larsson is a wonderful companion who will bring warmth, affection, and personality into her future home.
Zara is currently in a foster home.

We require potential adopters to fill out an pre-adoption application. If that application is approved, the dog/cat must be spayed/neutered before it leaves our shelter (if not already done). If it is a puppy under 4 months old, we allow it to go home with the adopters under a foster care agreement until it is old enough to be returned for spay/neuter. Kittens are allowed to leave before spay/neuter is done, but they must be done within a certain time frame.
Fees: Dogs/puppies range from $150-300, depending on if they came in already spayed/neutered or if we paid to have that done.
Cats range from $80 - $140, though we often have deals on older cats or cats that have been there a long time.
Kittens are $60 with $25 refunded once it has been spayed/neutered.
All adoptions include at least the first vaccination, deworming, de-fleaing, microchip ID, and 6 weeks of pet insurance.
