🐾 Personality & Lifestyle

This girl is a certified couch potato with excellent taste in naps. She loves her fluffy toys (bonus points if they squeak), enjoys short bursts of play, and then happily settles in for a long snooze. Early bedtime? Yes please. Sleeping in? Absolutely.

She’s affectionate in the best way — once she cuddles in, she’s not moving until you do. Her ideal day includes a comfy couch, a cozy bed, and a human close by.

🏡 Home Preferences

She is happiest in a calm, low-competition environment where she doesn’t have to vie for attention with other pets or small children. She truly shines as the center of someone’s world and loves soaking up undivided attention.

Crate trained and flexible, she can sleep in a crate or be loose at night — though she’ll happily choose the bed or couch if given the option.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

• Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.

2.
Interview

We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.

3.
Home Check

We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.

Or we help arrange private (or volunteer) transport for your pet if adopter isn’t in our local area.

Additional adoption info

We are all volunteers, but we try to have all applications processed in 7 business days.. If you are approved, then we will send you an adoption contract and transport information. Payment must be made once contract is finalized.
We try to answer all inquiries. If you are interested in a pet the best way to meet that pet is FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Since we are all volunteers, applicants must be approved before a meet/greet.

Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides assistance to Team Memphis Rescue & Support approved rescues by transporting pets from shelters, boarding facilities, Veterinary clinics and foster homes. We help evaluate temperaments of pets and network to find foster homes. Animal Rescue is an ongoing battle. We are stronger when we stand together.

Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides medical care, including vaccinations, microchip and spay/neuter for all our adoptable pets. With years of experience, our goal is to find the perfect fit for each dog as well as the best pet for your family.
