This 43-pound, petite, squishy little girl was owner-surrendered on 11/17/25. She came in confused, but still so full of love for every person who approaches her. Monroe is friendly with all people, accepting of handling, takes treats gently, and even sits when asked. She’s wiggly, playful, and has that adorable mini-Sharpei look that makes your heart melt
Her former home reported she does not do well with other dogs, and had multiple incidents with the dogs she lived with.
