Meet Trunks
Trunks is available to come on our next transport with Habersham County Animal Shelter on Saturday, 1/17, but he needs a foster or adopter to secure his spot. Without a committed fosteror adopter, he will not be able to make the trip.
Trunks’ story is one of love and circumstance. This 2.5-year-old bully/basset mix was surrendered by his owner after being raised since puppyhood, simply because they could no longer afford to care for him. Through it all, Trunks has remained joyful, social, and full ofpersonality.
Trunks is a short-legged, long-bodied goofball with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He has the playful, silly nature of a bully breed paired with the unmistakable low-rider build of a basset hound. He is energetic, loves to play with other dogs, and happily zooms around on his adorable little legs. When playtime is over, Trunks is all about attention and will gladly soak up as many belly rubs as you are willing to give.
He is dog-friendly and thrives with canine companions, but Trunks would do best in a cat-free home. His bold, affectionate nature makes him a wonderful source of daily laughter and companionship.
