Ahoy! Meet Flying Dutchman, a gray tabby kitten who appears to have been gently dusted with storm clouds and mischief. His fur is currently in its “windswept deckhand” phase—scraggly, soft, and clearly on its way to becoming a medium-length coat once he finishes growing into all that personality.
Dutchman spends his days bravely battling the fiercest of foes: crinkly balls, dangling strings, and that one toy that definitely moved on its own. He plays hard, naps harder, and when the adventure is over, he’s happiest dropping anchor beside you for a long, cozy snuggle.
But make no mistake—this little sailor’s heart belongs to other cats. Humans are great, but feline friends are his true north. He would absolutely thrive in a home with an older cat or another kitten willing to take him under their paw and teach him the ancient secrets of cathood (like where the sunbeams move in the afternoon).
Sweet, social, and endlessly curious, Flying Dutchman is ready to sail into a home where companionship is plentiful and love runs deep. Fair winds and happy tails await. 🐾

Our adoption fees are $200 for kittens under 6 months ($350 for two) and $100 for cats which includes all their vaccinations, spay/neuter and a microchip. Adopters are required to fill out an application before being allowed to adopt an animal.

Kitty of Angels, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides funds and resources for shelter animals and feral cat communities in Los Angeles. Our primary focus is on animals at risk of being euthanized in city and county shelters, including underage kittens and cats with health needs. Our immediate goal is to place at-risk animals into foster homes until they are able to be adopted into loving homes. While fostering is an immediate goal, we are also focused on adoptions, partnering with shelters and communities and helping with the feral cat colonies.
