Vesper came to us with his siblings and while they’ve all found their forever homes, Vesper has been patiently waiting. He’s what we lovingly call a “cat’s cat.” While he’s comfortable with the occasional human touch, Vesper truly thrives in the company of other cats.
Currently, he lives in our community room alongside 15–20 cats and gets along beautifully with every personality, proof of his easygoing and social nature with feline friends. Vesper would be happiest in a home with a friendly resident cat where he can relax, coexist, and form a true BFF bond.
Just shy of 2 years old, Vesper is calm, well-adjusted, and ready for a forever home that understands and appreciates his quiet, companionable spirit.
PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states.
Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file.
For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.
Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention.

In place of a vet reference (only if there is no vet reference available), please email photos of your home and yard.

Once your application is approved, we will set up a meet and greet.
