Let me tell you my story! I showed up one day in the yard of a very nice lady that feeds community cats. I hung back but stayed close to her feeding station. She noticed that one of my eyes was badly damaged and hoped it could be addressed when she trapped me to be neutered. When I went for my TNVR appointment, it was recommended that my damaged eye be removed. After my extended stay for recovery, I made it very clear that I was quite happy being an indoor, spoiled cat. Most TNVR community cats can't wait to get back outside but I decided the outdoor life is no longer for me.
In my foster home I am confident and very loving. I made immediate friends with the resident cats and the other foster kitties. I even made friends with the dog! I much enjoy playing with other cats, playing with toys, snuggling with the humans, and getting scritches all over. When being loved on and I want more, I will reach out with my paws to pull your hand back to me. I always want more love!
I did test positive for FIV but don't let that scare you. I have a normal life span expectancy and because I am so sweet, I won't spread it to any other cats. It's just information to know in case I catch any kitty colds or illnesses in the future. I might need a little extra medicine support to get through it but I take medicine easily. It didn't seem like the FIV caused any healing problems after my eye was removed so I am not worried.
I can't wait to be part of a family forever and I promise to provide you with a lifetime of purrs, biscuits, and snuggles!
