Blackjack and Midnight are a couple of adult Persians, through no fault of their own, have bounced from home to home to home, before landing in a rescue. These beautiful black Persian brothers are friendly and loving, and looking for a home that understands Persians and the care they deserve. Definite lap cat material, they are having to learn to trust humans again after a tumultuous and chaotic period in their lives.

More about this rescue

Saving Lives Animal Rescue is a group of independent people who volunteer together to help the homeless animals within Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties find forever homes. The majority of these animals are looked over for adoption at the shelter, they are the “ left overs” the ones nobody wants and would otherwise be euthanized. They may need a little more love and patience and therefore may spend a lil more time in foster care. Some of our cats are coming out of colonies, either abandoned adults or litters of kittens. Some may even need bottle feeding.
