My name is Red!

Red is an approximately 4-month-old male Domestic Shorthair kitten weighing about 4 lbs who is searching for his forever family. Like his sibling, Red was surrendered to RAC after his owner passed away and there were too many animals remaining to be cared for. Red is litter box trained, eating dry kitten food, and has previously lived with other cats. He has not yet met a dog, so any introductions should be done slowly and thoughtfully. Red's adoption fee is $75. He is neutered, microchipped, and current on both his rabies and FVRCP vaccine. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
