My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Steve Harrington is a 50-lb neutered male, about 3 years old, and he’s a quietly sweet soul who’s just beginning to let his guard down. This handsome guy is a bit nervous in new situations, but with time, patience, and understanding, he has all the potential to truly blossom.

Right now, Steve walks slowly and cautiously on leash, taking in the world one careful step at a time. Despite his timid nature, he clearly finds comfort in human connection—he seeks out gentle pets and reassurance, leaning into affection once he knows you’re safe. ??

Steve enjoys treats and already knows how to sit, taking snacks very gently from your hand. As he’s grown more comfortable, he’s started to figure out toys and has shown increasing interest in play, a wonderful sign of his confidence building.

A quieter home with a predictable routine and loving humans who will celebrate small wins would be ideal for this sensitive boy.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion you can watch grow and flourish, Steve Harrington is ready to take that journey with you—one gentle step at a time. ??
