My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This pretty little girl is Elsa! Elsa was picked up by one of the nice deputies of Animal Control! A call came into the shelter about a cute stray roaming in a neighborhood. Neighbors knew that this sweet girl needed some help. Animal Control picked her up and took her to the safety of the shelter. After waiting her allotted time she was never claimed. Elsa is now available for adoption. Elsa has all of her vaccinations for her age, she has a microchip, and she has been spayed. Elsa is a smart girl with a sweet and loving spirit! Come meet Elsa and take her home before Christmas!

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
