Roxy is a 3 year old Yorkie or Yorkiepoo. She has had 3 homes so far in her short life. Roxy is doing great in her foster home, socializing daily. She needs a home with multiple people and is generally good with dogs. Having had three loving homes, Roxy has a few quirks, but they're easily managed. Our pet adoption fees are based on the medical cost of the dog you would like to adopt. It can range anywhere from $75 to $500 depending on the extent of care they need. All dogs are brought up to date on their shots, including Rabies, they are spayed/neutered, microchipped and free of parasites. They are also tested for Heartworm and Lymes disease. Because of the poor treatment given to some of these animals by their previous owners, many need dentals and there are some that test positive for Heartworm and/or Lymes. These treatments are very expensive and the Rescue can only pay their hospital costs from adoption fees. We are a non-profit organization that relies strictly on donations.
