Swazye is very curious about the world around him. He can't see or hear, but that doesn't stop him from exploring with his little nose. Swayze plays just like any other puppy and loves just as hard. He relies on his sense of smell to navigate his surroundings and discover new things. Despite his disabilities, Swazye's playful spirit and affectionate nature shine through in everything he does.

Additional adoption info

The whole process is easy and takes a matter of in-office minutes. While we like for our animals to find homes, we require adopting families to meet in our shelter. That way you can meet your new family member and make sure he/she is the one for you. Then we do the paperwork which takes only a little time. We look forward to meeting you.

You can come to visit or adopt one of our animals from ten a.m. until four p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from noon to four p.m. on Sundays.

We are a compassionate shelter. Our job is to help our animals get ready for their "forever homes". We do this by making their stay with us comfortable, and giving them a healthy, clean, and safe temporary home.
