Now I`m looking for a forever home where they can provide me proper rabbit care: unlimited hay, fresh veggies, safe space to explore, regular grooming, and a person who understands that rabbits are sensitive, intelligent companions—not cage decorations. I’m gentle, shy, and looking for a calm home where I can feel safe and valued. With patience and consistency, I’ll blossom into a wonderful lifelong friend. The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City. This is only a portion of the work done by our organization. In 2016 almost 12,000 animal came through the doors of our shelter and spay/neuter clinic. We can’t help them without your support.
