Meet Whisper!
He is a sweet cat that has the most unique meow. It sometimes comes out as a whisper and other times she sounds like a dove with her purring. His past is unclear but there are signs that it was interesting but that hasn't affected his love of people or his desire for attention. He would be very happy curled up on your lap with endless affection or a window to soak up the sunshine.
