My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Bun Stiller. Yes, the name usually gets a laugh—but I’m no joke when it comes to needing a loving, committed home. I came to the shelter through owner surrender because my previous family could no longer provide the proper care I deserve. I’m a rabbit who will thrive with proper rabbit care: unlimited hay, fresh greens, room to hop and stretch, regular grooming, and a human who understands that rabbits are intelligent, sensitive companions. I’m not a low-maintenance pet, but I am a very rewarding one. I’m ready to leave the spotlight behind and settle into my forever home—one where I’ll be respected, cared for, and loved for the rest of my life. If you’re looking for a bunny with charm, personality, and a name you’ll never forget, I might just be your leading star. A generous donator paid for Bun Stiller`s adoption fee so the adopter only has to pay his $30 admin fee!

The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City.
