My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Candy!

This little sweetheart was rescued from the streets of Texas at just 2 months old, and named after the amazing person who saved her. True to her name, Candy is just as sweet as can be.

Now 4 months old and spayed, Candy is thriving in her foster home. She’s doing wonderfully with crate training and housebreaking, gets along great with other dogs, and has been a total gem since day one. Anyone who meets her is sure to fall in love!

If you're interested in welcoming Candy into your family, please submit an application at almosthomeli.org

Let’s find this beautiful girl the loving forever home she deserves!

More about this shelter
