Who is the cutie with the light eyes? This is Lulu, a recent arrival at Jelly’s. What kinda of dog you ask- well, we dunno. What we do know is this cheeky gal plays with other dogs; big & small, loves toys and is learning to be brave on walks. she can be shy to start but warms quickly. She is currently in foster with staff member. She has done well living with dogs, cats & birds, she’s nearly house trained & targets a pee pad. She is a spunky playful gal who would do best in home with another confident playful dog. She should be feed separately from other dogs. Lulu is lively & affectionate looking for patience as she gains confidence with new experiences. Come down and meet our lil house elf and take her home for holidays.

Jelly's Place is a rescue and No-kill shelter founded in 2017 to be an advocate for the lives and dignity of urban animals who are homeless, abandoned, impounded, sick, or injured, by providing responsible care, placement, and community education. Its founder, Julie Bainbridge, has been rescuing and fostering animals since childhood. She has rescued, fostered, and /or raised all kinds of animals, including baby squirrels, raccoons, pigeons, chickens, geese, ducks, skunks (yes- skunks), wild and tropical birds, pigmey goats, mice, snakes, rabbits, dogs, and cats. Some animals are cared for by volunteers in their homes.
Jelly's Place is named in memory of her beloved English Bulldog who crossed over the Rainbow bridge in 2016. Jelly's Place is a 501 (3)(c) nonprofit organization and donations are tax deductible.
Jelly's Place depends on donations, grants, and volunteers to foster and care for animals.
