My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing The Gnome Brothers: Jasper, Oliver, and Finnick Snufflesprout
While these 3 brothers look very much alike at first glance, they each have distinctive personalities and little details about their coats that set them apart. Jasper is the most outgoing of the boys- a welcoming committee that approaches every human he has been introduced to in our home. He has the lightest under coat. It is almost honey colored. He loves to have his back and ears scratched, and he loves to play as much as he loves to snuggle. Oliver is the quietest of the boys when he first meets someone- he waits a bit before he approaches someone new. He loves to be petted once he gets to know someone, and he loooves all sorts of toys. Oliver has the darkest coat on his back. Finnick is almost as quick to warm up to people as Jasper, and he loves to run around and play with his brothers as much as he loves to sit on a lap and rest his chin on your arm. Finick’s coloring is in between his two brothers, with more of a square face.
In their foster home, they have been around multiple children (11yo+) and adults, male and female, and they love them all. They are very smart kittens who match the energy of the humans- they slowed down when an older friend who uses 2 canes came to visit and did not zig zag under her feet. We’ve been working on exposing them to different sounds, from music to the dreaded vacuum. They don’t run and hide, but they don’t love the loud vacuum either.

Their Favorite Things So Far:
Playing with wand toys, jingle bell balls, and “mice”
Sitting in the round cat beds made by the DCAS volunteer.
Racing around playing with each other

Litter and Supplies
? They have used Tidy Cats and Arm and Hammer as well as Up and Up clumping litter and a donated Amazon brand at our house. They used both an open and a covered litter box without issue.
? They like to eat Science Diet kitten kibble. We provide dry food throughout the day along with fresh water, and offer them wet food in the morning and evening. They have eaten Fancy Feast (assorted) and Science Diet (Liver and Chicken) wet kitten food and seem to prefer dry food. They did not like Sheba wet kitten pate.
All 3 boys like to cuddle with humans. They climb our legs, perch on our ankles on the ottoman, sit in our lap, and are still small enough that they like to sit on our shoulders and cuddle against our necks.
