In a perfect world, every dog would be like Pepper -- sweet, affectionate, super smart, crate-trained and house-trained, and friendly with other dogs and children. In keeping with the season, she is an angel who even knows to wait for grace and "amen" before a meal. Pepper lost her home when her family became homeless. She arrived at the shelter on Dec. 13 and volunteers fell in love with her.
Pepper is just 3 years old and weighs 28 pounds. She is current on vaccines and will be spayed soon and tested for heartworms; she will be microchipped upon adoption. Come meet this beautiful girl in Run 873, using ID#15675.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
