Sir is a 5-year old Shar Pei mix with a ton of personality. He is house-trained, walks well on the leash, and respectful of personal property (no shoe chewing). His favorite things are leisurely walks, extended hikes, chasing a ball, rolling in the grass, and napping in the sun. He is shy with new people and settings, but responds well to time and patience. The reward is a devoted companion who looks forward to what each day brings. Sir does best in a quieter, adult household where his person(s) are around most of the time. He has lived as an only dog, but tolerates well other low-key dogs. Cats are a definite ’no.’ His health is good, but he’s had a few seizures over the last three years for which he takes daily medication. Sir is a special dog with so much to give. His journey is just beginning.
