Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🎀 Meet Martha May!🎀
Just like her namesake, Martha May is a tuxedo beauty with plenty of charm and she’s the proud mama of Grinch and Cindy Lou! This lovely lady is a big sweetheart who enjoys affection and gentle companionship. Martha May would do best in a teens and up home, where things are calm and predictable. She has no prior experience with other animals, so very slow, thoughtful introductions are important to help her feel safe, comfortable, and stress free. With her adorable tuxedo coat and warm personality, Martha May is ready to trade Whoville for a cozy forever home where she can be cherished like the star she is. Come meet this charming mama and let her steal your heart! 💚
⭐ If you’re interested in adopting, please fill out an adopter profile at www.parl.org/adopt and stop by during our open hours! ⭐

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
