Meet Persephone! Percy is a sweet black kitten with the perfect mix of calm and playful. She loves attention, enjoys a playful tussle with her sister Elizabeth, and then happily settles in on your lap for scratches and affection. She’s the calmer one by nature and would thrive in a loving home.
She hasn’t been tested around dogs yet, but she’s comfortable with other cats!

Cold Nose Warm Heart Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned dogs and cats from high-kill shelters. Through our network of committed volunteers and foster homes we are able to rescue, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well matched, thoroughly screened forever homes. We also provide our adopters and the community with information on responsible pet ownership, including spay-neuter, training and good nutrition.
