Hi there! My name is Starbuck and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I am a 1 year old, female, Chihuahua mix who came to SB Humane as a stray.
I like to take my time getting to know new faces, but once we're acquainted my bright little personality shines through. I seem to enjoy the company of other dogs, and I really love to cuddle. I am a little jumping bean and I love to zoomie around the yard with my people.
Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed.
Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
Need some supplies? Both SB Humane Campuses have retail centers stocked with everything you need, at comparable prices, and your purchase helps support our mission.
